It was our first visit to the Calvary Cemetery in Dallas. It is our Polish tradition to visit the graves of our loved ones during the first days of November. It is time to remember and to reflect.

Living here, in Texas, hardly anybody form us can visit the cemetery during this special time. For this reason, and to show our kids our custom, we decided to organize the visit for the very fist time. We invited Mr. Jurek, who told us stories about some important Polish people whose graves we visited. Father Tadeusz has prayed with us for the dead.

Every Polish grave had been decorated with small Polish flag and we lighted candles to remember.
