In a few days, the summer break will be over. Not even two weeks from now, we will meet in person for the very first time in a very long time. We all are very excited about it and we all are keeping our fingers crossed that there won't be any disruptions during the school year. For now, we have a few announcements so please, read it through.

ENROLLMENT: The enrollment is still open. Please, contact us under the email rekrutacja@polishschooldallas.org. In the email, please provide us with student's first and the last name and the age. Please, let us know how well the student knows/uses Polish Language. That information will help us the list the student in the proper level/class, at least at the beginning of the school year. From previous years, we know, that there are always people showing up for registration on the first day of school. Usually, we are ok with that. However, we would really appreciate contacting us via the email provided above with some information about the student. It makes our job so much easier if we are able to plan the classes ahead. The first day of school goes a little smoother then, too.

OPEN POSITIONS IN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS: during the last semi-normal school year, we had informed that there would be open positions in the school Board of Directors. However, the unusual situation caused by the pandemic forced some adjustments. To ensure that the school would be run as always during the previous school year, all board members who wanted to leave decided to stay for one more year. And we do really appreciate their commitment! This school year, it's up once again. The school needs volunteers to work in and out of the BOD; people, full of new energy and ideas, who will carry out the school into the next decade. And there will be quite a few open positions so anyone is welcome to reach out to the current board members with any questions. Our school is based on the volunteering and without willing people the future could be questionable.
